Making a purchase is easy through our website. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments on-line or by telephone, or payment by order form in the post or by fax.
BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Select pay by Credit Card and you will be taken to our secure payment server, Sagepay, where you can enter your payment details using secure 128-bit encryption. Email confirmations will follow immediately upon completion. BY MAIL/FAX: If preferring to simply order by post or fax with card details, then print the ORDER FORM HERE and fax to 01300 345858 or post to the address above.
BY CHEQUE: Print an ORDER FORM HERE and send with your cheque made payable to FLYTE SO FANCY LTD. Please note we cannot accept cheques for less than £10.00. We will confirm receipt and despatch your order when your cheque is cleared. (Due to the banks ceasing the cheque guarantee scheme we will not be able to accept cheques after 30th June 2011)
If you experience problems making a payment through the website please check you have entered your email address correctly (no spaces, most payment errors are due to this problem), your name, address and particularly postcode are correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please call us on 01300 345229.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your Invoice will be included with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Carriage charges for all goods are worked out by weight and are quoted excl. Vat in the shopping basket. To find out delivery charges just add goods to the basket and then click Checkout, select destination and the ex. Vat delivery charge will be displayed. Vat is applied to carriage at the current rate.
We only despatch goods to UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit/debit card or cheque payable to Flyte so Fancy Ltd. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full.
Orders are despatched next day when in stock, via courier usually on a next working day delivery with the UK, for other destinations delivery will be 3-5 days. If goods are placed on back order we will inform you by email and offer a refund if necessary. If your order is urgent please let us know and will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible.
Security:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption through the SagePay secure system and Electric Fencing Kits (Flyte so Fancy Ltd) do not have access to your card details. You will also be asked to complete the Mastercard Securecard or Visa Verification option to further protect you, and us, from fraud. The order and address details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. For more details please read our Delivery and Payments page.
Electric Fencing Kits (Flyte so Fancy Ltd) do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses, if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced immediately. All electric fence energisers have a 2-year warranty and, if a fault occurs, will be returned to Gallagher UK or Hotline Electric Fencing for repair or replacement. Please note: Water damage to Electric Fence energisers invalidates the warranty.
Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 7 days of the day after receipt ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund including original carriage charges in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). Just return the goods with the original packing and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over the 7 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.
Electric Fencing Kits (Flyte so Fancy Ltd) offer advice by telephone and in detail on the website and we ask that you consider this when making any purchase. If you purchase goods against that advice Electric Fencing Kits (Flyte so Fancy Ltd) cannot be held liable if they are then found not to be suitable for your purposes.
